1. ShipMail - OnBoard: New audit billing system for voice, fax, e-mail (miniM, Iridium, Global Star, GSM, Thuraya, Fleet) services. Shipowner (Manager) can easy to get of detailed electronic reports and invoices for shore and ship communications with dept billing codes and with exact cost allocation for every e-mail sent to and from vessel.
2. ShipMail -Connect comression software: New
compression software with high compressed ratio and with
additional audit billing facilities. The user will continue
use of standard mailing software (outlook/bat!).
3. Detailed invoices: We offer detailed invoices with
split of communication expenses between owner, charterer,
manager and crew for each vessel and for shore/ship sides.
4. Inmarsat/GSM exchange: Our dedicated servers sending
SMS messages to any GSM mobile phones of the world.
Also we can registrate your GSM phone for delivery of e-mail
to vessel.
5. ShipMail-GSM access: We opened access to communication server from any GSM phone in data mode from any vessel/country of the world (using of compression software). User can getting access to Internet and also to send telex, fax, shipmail to vessel inmarsat-c and to vessel's mailbox. The cheap voice GSM traffic is possible.
6. Web-access to position reports and weather map: We opened access to web positions of your fleet and to weather map via internet. Also you can sending all types of communication to vessel via web on-line.

05.05.03 New software package - "ShipMail OnBoard":
E-mail Auditing and Cost Allocation of vessel e-mail exchange.
Now the cost of each outgoing e-mail message can be accounted for
and allocated to cost center, including Crew e-mail. Now vessel e-mail
can be included in the vessel's official records like voice, telex and fax.
mentioned software is integrated with Outlook e-mail client. Individual
billing codes can be set-up for onboard crew so that their private e-mail
can be accounted for.
Software is integrated to all voice Inmarsat/Iridium/Global Star/GSM
standards.
