SUPER SIM Renewal…

• Expiry reminder messages are sent every alternate day during the 15 days prior to the account expiry date.
• If you have the required renewal amount in your account ($US 60), the account can be renewed within these 15 days by sending a blank message to 1511. In return, a message confirms your renewal.
• The account is automatically renewed on the expiry date if there is sufficient amount in your account. The renewal is confirmed with a message.
• If enough balance is not found in your account, a grace period of 30 days is granted. In this period your account will be automatically renewed if you refill your account with the required amount.
Note: You will not be able to make calls during this grace period. However, you will be able to receive calls.
• The account is finally closed after the grace period only when no response is received.
